Gavin's Mini-Split Cleaning is a locally-owned service in York County, Maine, focused on one thing: the thorough, professional deep cleaning of ductless mini-split systems across the Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast. We are a cleaning service — we do not perform HVAC repairs, installations, or electrical work.

Why I started Gavin's

While working in the HVAC trade, I saw how much dust, dirt, and grime builds up inside mini-splits over time — buildup that a routine filter rinse doesn't reach — and how often a thorough deep cleaning gets overlooked. I started Gavin's Mini-Split Cleaning to give mini-splits the focused, careful cleaning they need.
