This policy explains how Gavin's Mini-Split Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") handles the information you provide when you contact us or request a cleaning.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as:
- Your name
- Contact information (phone number and, if you provide it, email)
- Service address / town and ZIP
- Request details (unit types and counts, preferred timing, notes)
How we use it
- To respond to your request and confirm service area, unit types, schedule, and price
- To contact you about your appointment by your preferred method (call, text, or email)
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service or to comply with the law.

You can ask us to view, update, or delete your information by emailing gavinsminisplitcleaning@gmail.com.
Terms of Use
1. Services
Our services are limited to deep cleaning of ductless mini-split systems. We do not provide repairs, installations, or electrical work.
2. Requests, scheduling & pricing
- Submitting the online form sends a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm your service area, unit types, availability, and final price before your appointment.
- Standard residential wall-mounted units are priced at $200 for the first unit and $125 for each additional wall unit cleaned during the same visit. Floor consoles, ceiling cassettes, commercial properties, difficult-access units, and out-of-area travel are quoted separately.
- Payment is due on completion of the service, unless arranged in advance. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
3. Access & responsibility
You are responsible for providing safe access to the units to be cleaned. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage related to your equipment, including electrical, mechanical, or structural conditions. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
4. Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
5. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Updates are posted here with a revised date.
